SUMMARY:Sunday Gathering – Agape Meal
DESCRIPTION:Our Gospel reading for the day will be Matthew 9:18-34.\nAs this is the third Sunday of the month, we will share what is known as an Agape Meal. This is a tradition from the earliest experiences of the Church where followers of Christ would gather together over a meal, enjoy each other’s company and encourage and support one another. You’re welcome to join us!\nOur Sunday gatherings are at Mount Carmel Lutheran Church (8424 W. Center Street, Milwaukee, WI). We meet in the Welcome Space which is in the lower level of the church with the entrance off of Center Street to easternmost door off of Center.  We are not affiliated with the church or the denomination, but very grateful for their hospitality in allowing us to meet in their lovely space.\nWe begin to gather at 4pm for fellowship, with service beginning at 4:30pm.  Our meal is after the service.\nIf you haven’t joined us before, please let us know if you have any questions by sending us an email at info@churchmke.org ( mailto:info@churchmke.org ).
